Who operates Faberlo

Faberlo is a service operated by WorkWave Studio LLC, a limited liability company organized in New Mexico, United States.

Information we collect

We collect account and contact information, subscription and transaction status, authentication and security records, support communications, service usage and diagnostic data, and the prompts, conversations, files, and other content you choose to place in your workspace (collectively, Customer Content). When registration is full, we store the email address you submit in a waitlist so that we can contact you when a place becomes available.

Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe. Faberlo receives transaction identifiers, subscription status, plan, and related billing metadata rather than complete card details.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, operate isolated workspaces and requested AI features, communicate service messages, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, comply with law, and improve service reliability.

We may access or review Customer Content only when reasonably necessary to provide a feature you request, respond to a support request, investigate a security or abuse issue, diagnose a failure, enforce our Terms, or comply with law. Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems with a need to perform those functions.

No training on Customer Content

Faberlo does not use Customer Content to train or fine-tune general-purpose artificial intelligence models, and we do not sell Customer Content. We do not authorize our AI infrastructure providers to use Customer Content for their own model training. Customer Content may still be processed transiently by models and infrastructure when needed to generate the output or perform the action you request.

This commitment does not prevent us from using aggregated or de-identified operational measurements that do not identify you or reveal Customer Content, such as request timing, error rates, capacity utilization, and feature usage, to secure, maintain, and improve the service.

What private means

Faberlo is designed so that each customer workspace has separate storage and isolated computing resources, with access controls intended to prevent one customer from accessing another customer's workspace. Private describes this architecture and our data-use commitments; it does not mean that information is stored only on your personal device, that no service provider processes it, or that security risk can be eliminated.

No internet-connected system is immune from software defects, credential compromise, malicious attacks, provider failures, or unauthorized access. We work to prevent and respond to such events, but we cannot promise absolute confidentiality, security, or availability.

AI processing and service providers

Prompts, files, and related Customer Content may be transmitted to and processed by the model, GPU infrastructure, hosting systems, and other providers used to deliver a requested feature. We also use service providers for payment processing, transactional email, storage, monitoring, and security. They may process information only to provide contracted services to us, protect those services, or comply with law.

Providers may operate in different jurisdictions and may experience outages, security incidents, legal demands, or other events outside our direct control. We select and configure providers with privacy and security in mind, but their systems are governed by their own technical capabilities and contractual obligations.

Cookies and similar technologies

Faberlo uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, application operation, and remembering your cookie choice. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, pricing views, account creation, and completed purchases (including amount and currency). Google Analytics is not loaded before you accept. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain disabled. You can refuse analytics or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings; we remember your choice for up to six months. Campaign parameters such as utm_source are carried into registration links and, after acceptance, stored for the browser session to attribute sign-ups. Google processes analytics data and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area under its applicable data protection arrangements. We do not send account emails, passwords, conversation content, or verification tokens to Google Analytics.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Account and workspace deletion may involve a limited recovery period, and encrypted backups may remain until they rotate out of the backup schedule.

Persistent workspaces and backups reduce the risk of accidental loss but are not an archival or disaster-recovery guarantee. Hardware failure, corruption, malicious activity, provider failure, or operational error may result in loss. You should keep independent copies of Customer Content that is important to you.

Security and incidents

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, isolated workspaces, encrypted transport, restricted service credentials, least-privilege network boundaries, and security monitoring. We review and improve these safeguards as the service evolves.

Despite these measures, no safeguard or system can guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate, take reasonable containment and remediation steps, and provide notice when required by applicable law. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected account compromise to alessio@faberlo.com.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also manage or cancel your subscription from your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

International processing

WorkWave Studio LLC is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

Children

Faberlo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and questions

We may update this policy as the service or applicable law changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Privacy questions, rights requests, and security reports may be directed to WorkWave Studio LLC at alessio@faberlo.com.
