Who operates Faberlo

Faberlo is a service operated by WorkWave Studio LLC, a limited liability company organized in New Mexico, United States.

Information we collect

We collect account and contact information, subscription and transaction status, authentication and security records, support communications, service usage and diagnostic data, and the prompts, conversations, files, and other content you choose to place in your workspace. When registration is full, we store the email address you submit in a waitlist so that we can contact you when a place becomes available.

Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe. Faberlo receives transaction identifiers, subscription status, plan, and related billing metadata rather than complete card details.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, operate private workspaces and AI features, communicate service messages, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, comply with law, and improve reliability.

AI processing and service providers

Prompts, files, and related workspace content may be processed by the model and infrastructure used to provide a requested AI feature. We also use service providers for payment processing, transactional email, hosting, storage, and security. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us or as required by law.

Cookies and similar technologies

Faberlo uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, and application operation. We do not describe these essential technologies as optional advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Account and workspace deletion may involve a limited recovery period, and encrypted backups may remain until they rotate out of the backup schedule.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, isolated workspaces, encrypted transport, restricted service credentials, and security monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also manage or cancel your subscription from your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

International processing

WorkWave Studio LLC is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

Children

Faberlo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and questions

We may update this policy as the service or applicable law changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Privacy questions and rights requests may be directed to WorkWave Studio LLC through the support channel identified in your Faberlo account or service communications.
